Frequently asked questions.
How Do I Book Classes?
At Siga Studios, we use the Momence booking system to streamline all your account management, purchases, and class bookings. It’s seamlessly integrated into our website, so you can skip the hassle of tedious sign-ups. Otherwise you can create an account here, then download the Momence App.
Can I Cancel My Booking?
At Siga Studios, we prioritise the commitment and convenience of our clients. Life can be unpredictable, so if your plans change, please cancel your class reservation promptly using the Momence app or on our website.
Our ten hour cancellation window exists to allow everyone in the Siga community to attend classes. If you need to cancel your class the following fee structure applies;
Early Cancel ($0)
Cancel your booking at least 10 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid any fees and retain your class credit.
Late Cancel ($10)
If you cancel within 10 hours of the class start time, you will forfeit the session and incur a cancellation fee of $10.
No-show ($15)
Failing to cancel your class reservation before the start time or arriving late (which disrupts the class) will result in forfeiting the session and a $15 cancellation fee. We strive to accommodate all members, and timely cancellations help us do that effectively.
Medical Exemption
Clients may be exempt from the late cancellation fee if they provide a valid medical certificate for the date of the missed/cancelled class within 5 days. Please email the certificate to isabella@siga-studios.com or submit it to Reception.
Foundation Members Monthly Free Cancellation
Siga Studios foundation members are entitled to one free late cancellation per calendar month. This allows flexibility for occasional unforeseen circumstances without penalty.
First Class? We’ve got you!
Starting something new can be a bit daunting, but our team is dedicated to making you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. To ensure a smooth start, please arrive 10 minutes early. This will give us time to give you a tour of our studio, introduce you to your instructor, and familiarise you with the equipment you'll be using. Our classes are designed to be open level and easily adjustable to suit your individual needs. Feel free to move at your own pace and know that exercises can be tailored to fit you perfectly. If you bring your phone into class, please keep it on silent to avoid disrupting others.
We recommend bringing a water bottle and towel, and wearing comfortable activewear with grippy socks. If you don’t have grippy socks, you can purchase them at our reception.
What Facilities are available at Siga?
Our facilities include lockers for storing your personal belongings, clean bathrooms, a shower with changing facilities, and a convenient water station. How many people are in each class?

The Moon Room studio holds our Floor Flow (mat pilates), Barre Sculpt and Yoga classes.
Barre sculpt- Max 11
Floor Flow- Max 15
Yoga- Max 15
I’m pregnant, what classes can I attend?
Firstly, congratulations! We ask that you notify us before attending class and consult with your doctor.
Pregnant from up to 15 weeks: You can continue to attend your favourite classes as normal at Siga with minor adjustments. We have wedges to support you during class if you need and can always offer options and alternatives to accommodate you.
Pregnant from 15 weeks onwards: If your pregnancy is uncomplicated and you feel up to it, you are welcome to continue at Siga throughout your pregnancy. We do ask that you organise a chat with our studio manager, Bella. This way we can get a better understanding of how we can support you in moving safely with your bump throughout your pregnancy.
Pregnant clients are NOT permitted to attend Sweat or Intensity classes. We advise sticking with our Siga Strength, Frequency Flow and Barre Sculpt classes.
What if I’m unwell?
While we’re all for pushing through a good sweat, if you’re experiencing cold or flu symptoms, we recommend taking a break from classes until you’re fully recovered. For any injuries, please get clearance from your doctor before attending class. And if you’re dealing with something like pregnancy, let your instructor know so they can support you through your practice. If something doesn’t feel great during class please let our instructors know so they can offer an alternative.
Is there an age minimum for classes?
Although we love having your little ones around, the minimum age to participate in class is 16 years old. Clients aged 18 years and under require a guardian signature to attend.
How do I cancel my class/membership?
For information on membership holds, cancellations, returns, or refunds, please visit our Terms and Conditions page, available [here].
How do waitlists work?
When booking if a class is full you can sign up for the waitlist. When a spot in the class becomes available, the system will automatically send an SMS to the first person on the waitlist, asking you to confirm that you want to be booked into the class. The system won’t automatically text any clients after the waitlist cut-off which is 2 hours prior to class start time. Customers who don’t have a phone number on file will be contacted via email. If you respond 'N' within 10 hours of the class start time, it will be considered a "late-cancel," and a $10 fee for members. If you don’t respond to the waitlist text and miss the class, it will be marked as a "no-show," incurring a $15 fee for members.
We suggest treating your waitlist spot as a confirmed booking, as waitlists often clear quickly. To avoid unnecessary fees and allow others the chance to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist the night before if you know you can’t make it.
Can I Buy Siga Gift Cards?
Yes! Choose between two great options for gifting: purchase a Gift Voucher online and have it delivered straight to your inbox, or opt for a physical Gift Card available at our studio. No account is necessary for either you or the recipient to buy a gift voucher. At SIGA Studios, our Gift Cards can be used as credit for Memberships, Class Packs, and in-studio retail purchases. Please note that they are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. To redeem, simply visit us in-studio or contact us via email.
Can I Receive Text and Email Notifications from You?
Absolutely! You can customise your Momence account to receive automated emails and/or text notifications for the following:
Waitlist updates
Autopay processing or failed payments
Absences or late cancellations
Important updates, account information and schedule updates
