Smooth. Strong. Seamless. This is the class that defines SIGA. Our signature Flow Reformer class is all about fluid transitions, intentional movement, and that effortless-but-burns feeling you know and love.

MAT PILATES AND BARRE

Mat Pilates

This is the classic Mat Pilates experience, straight out of Joseph Pilates’ O.G. handbook. This class will teach you what it really means to ENGAGE your core—because let’s face it, unless you're an instructor, osteo, or health pro, who even knows what a T-zone is? (Spoiler alert: It’s not the one on your face!) Flow through timeless Pilates exercises that will not only strengthen and tone but also improve your flexibility, posture, and—yes—that Pilates butt everyone’s talking about. FLOOR BURN

Let’s just say it—this ain’t your average Mat class. Where contemporary Pilates meets high-energy cardio, Floor Burn will have you sweating out all the bad vibes and stress. This class is packed with props, weights, and so much variety, you’ll never do the same class twice. Who knew working on your hands and knees could make you break a sweat like this? WE DID—so bring that towel. Bringing the heat with dynamic, heart-pumping routines that’ll challenge your body and mind in the best way. We’re talking powerful Pilates sequences mixed with cardio intervals to fire up your metabolism, boost endurance, and sculpt every single muscle. If you’ve got a solid Pilates foundation and want to kick things up a notch, Floor Burn is your new obsession.

BARRE SCULPT

So, what is Barre? It’s a high-energy low-impact, workout that blends the fundamentals of Ballet and Pilates, set to killer playlists. Barre Sculpt follows a structured flow, targeting arms, core, and legs, all while focusing on form and technique. Two left feet? Don’t know your left from your right? No worries – we’re here to support you, not judge you! While Barre is based on Ballet technique, you don’t need to be a Prima Ballerina – just bring your energy and we’ve got the rest covered. ! Come and try Barre Sculpt at Siga for a challenging sweat sesh. Working in the center, at the ballet barre, and on your mat this class will keep you on your toes (relevè), literally.
